📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality video and motion graphics for various projects, including promotional videos, explainer videos, and social media content.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to develop creative concepts and bring them to life.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to produce engaging visual content.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and meets project deadlines.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to improve project outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video and motion design.
• Assist in the development of creative briefs and project proposals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creative process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in video and motion design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Experience with 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
