📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Support the Business Development Manager in managing and mentoring the sales team.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in business development workshops and training sessions.,Other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
