📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze driver performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven strategies to enhance driver performance and engagement.
• Conduct regular driver feedback sessions to gather insights and address concerns.
• Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and visualize driver performance data.
• Provide training and support to drivers to help them improve their skills and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in driver performance optimization.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of Lalamove.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
