📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks using our espresso machines, milk frothers, and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality and presentation of coffee drinks.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or café.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, milk frothers, and grinders.
• Experience with inventory management and basic bookkeeping skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and local coffee culture is a plus.
