📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the front desk.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote our products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or cashier roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as QuickBooks or similar software.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
