You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls that align with the company's objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support the company's growth and decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
• Participate in strategic planning and business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
