📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's vision and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen supplies.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with relevant culinary software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
