📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the desktop support team, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Work closely with the technical team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Provide technical support to employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to do their jobs.
Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support and IT leadership roles.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware.
Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
