As a Junior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure they are within budget.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance role.,Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
