📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure all HR documentation is properly filed and maintained.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure the organization's success.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on healthcare or a similar industry.,Proven track record of managing HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a must.,Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and individually.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is required.
