Hokian Wati Spareparts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, tracking, and reporting on fuel usage.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and safety certificates.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Collaborate with the finance team to manage vehicle-related budgets and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
