📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Manage budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain high-quality ingredients and supplies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.🛠️ Keahlian
