📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Managing inventory and ensuring products are available and well-stocked.,Training and mentoring sales team members to improve performance.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Attending trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
