📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
