The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure adequate stock levels.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful sales and revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
