Sumber Unggul Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position located in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will be based in the office, but may require occasional travel. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and present proposals, reports, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
