📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.,Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.,Represent the branch at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant banking software.,Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is a plus.,Familiarity with the Indonesian banking industry is preferred.
