📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and budget to optimize costs and profitability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
