📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, including site visits and progress monitoring.
• Support project managers in developing project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Gain hands-on experience with project management software and tools.
• Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support the development of project budgets and financial forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
