📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing fitness events, workshops, and promotions
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event execution
Create and distribute marketing materials for events (flyers, social media posts, email campaigns)
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fitness industry
Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses
Support the marketing team in analyzing event performance and gathering feedback
Help maintain the gym's social media presence and engage with our community
Assist in the development of event proposals and pitch ideas to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong interest in fitness, wellness, and event marketing
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
