📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the company's growth.
• Partner with managers to address HR challenges, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace culture.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and HR analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
