📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with clients and prospects.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
