Asia Power is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Outlet Manager to join our team in Pondok Indah, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our outlet, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving sales and profitability, while also fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the outlet is maintained to a high standard.,Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure that the outlet is well-stocked.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers.,Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.,Report to management on a regular basis, providing updates on the performance of the outlet and any issues that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving profitability.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
