Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with the automotive spare parts industry is a plus
