Direct Store Cemerlang is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient running.,Manage and supervise the store staff to ensure they are meeting performance targets.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and profitability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to achieve the company's strategic objectives.,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and company policies.
