CV Anugerah Permata Lestari is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for ensuring high-quality output. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met.,Monitor and control production schedules and resources.,Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.,Train and mentor production team members.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of materials.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control and improvement processes.,Understanding of relevant safety regulations and procedures.,Proficiency in using production management software.
