📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.,Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and trends.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business objectives.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Proven track record of managing distribution operations and achieving targets.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with logistics and distribution software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
