CV Unggul Indah is a growing retail company in Jakarta, looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Promote products and participate in marketing activities to drive sales.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of sales achievement and meeting targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer trends.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
