Express Diamond Mandiri is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and supporting sales activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in meeting their targets by providing excellent customer service.,Support sales activities including data entry, order processing, and inventory management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and customer service software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Must be willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
