📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential merchant partners through various channels including online and offline marketing, referrals, and industry events.,Negotiate and finalize merchant acquisition agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing merchant partners to drive sales and growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new merchant acquisition opportunities and trends.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchant acquisition, including conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding process.,Provide training and support to merchant partners to maximize their success and satisfaction with our platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on merchant acquisition or e-commerce.,Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and merchant acquisition strategies.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Proficient in using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
