📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential and existing clients.,Track and report on sales performance, including revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus.
