Crown Town Jaya is looking for a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and patrolling the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conducting regular security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.,Responding to emergency situations and coordinating with relevant authorities when necessary.,Maintaining a visible and professional presence to deter potential security breaches.,Assisting in the management of access control systems and visitor registration.,Providing first aid when required and reporting any injuries or incidents to the appropriate personnel.,Carrying out cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed to keep the premises secure and clean.,Working closely with other security personnel to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).,Good understanding of Indonesian language and local laws and regulations.
