📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor production team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with production software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
