📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
