You will work closely with managers and team leads to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with our organizational goals and objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees,Work closely with managers and team leads to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with our organizational goals and objectives,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to our employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Provide guidance and support to our employees as they develop their skills and knowledge,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our training programs are integrated with our overall business strategy,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting,Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective training programs,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP, Certified Associate in Learning and Performance - CALP) is a plus
