Up One Jaya is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Assist in the development of user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and internal teams with technical questions and issues,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Familiarity with documentation management systems,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
