📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our coffee products and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write clear and concise user manuals, guides, and other technical materials.,Conduct research and gather information to support the creation of technical documentation.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure they are error-free and meet our quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to other team members as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technical writing tools.,Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
