🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a port or maritime environment.
• Certification as a Syahbandar from the Indonesian Maritime Ministry or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian maritime laws and international maritime regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using maritime software and tools such as Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS) and Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS).
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
