📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on coffee machines, grinders, and refrigeration systems.
• Install and configure new equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure equipment is calibrated and performing optimally.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in F&B equipment.
• Assist in the training of new staff on equipment operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment service and maintenance, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee machines, grinders, and refrigeration systems.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance software such as SAP or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in equipment maintenance or related field is a plus.
