📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production plant, ensuring smooth and efficient running of state-of-the-art facilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Implement and monitor production processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and report on production metrics, providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to protect the well-being of employees and the environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and machinery used in the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
