📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes using commercial dishwashing machines and manual methods.
• Prepare and maintain ingredients, including cutting vegetables, chopping herbs, and measuring spices.
• Assist in food preparation by cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of food and equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing machines and manual cleaning techniques.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
