📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Contact borrowers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
• Document all collections activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Analyze delinquent accounts to identify patterns and trends, providing insights to the collections team.
• Collaborate with the credit team to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and recommend appropriate actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all borrowers feel valued and supported throughout the collections process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in collections management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collections strategies.
• Monitor collections metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Salesforce for collections management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and collections best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
