As a Consumer Energy Enablement & Contract Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of customer contracts, from initial setup to termination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system, Salesforce. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of energy service contracts.

In this role, you will use a variety of tools and software, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and custom-built internal systems. You will also need to stay compliant with industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring that all processes are in line with company standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire lifecycle of customer contracts, including setup, renewal, and termination.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless customer transitions and energy service activations.
• Monitor and maintain contract and CRM data to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to contracts and CRM data.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies in contract and CRM data.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on contract management and CRM best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management and CRM.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of energy service contracts and industry regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
