📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure orders are shipped on time and tracked accurately.
• Assist in sales support by promoting products and services to new and existing customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
