📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized recommendations and expert advice on our premium leather goods.
• Assist customers with purchases, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Manage the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store display, adhering to brand standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock-taking and reordering.
• Promote our brand through in-store marketing activities and social media engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to enhance your sales skills.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and advise customers effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, to assist international clients.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software, such as Shopify or Lightspeed.
• Enthusiasm for luxury brands and a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily sales targets.
